Kelkea, Inc. Buys the Assets of Mail Abuse Prevention Systems LLC

San Jose, Calif. August 12, 2004 - Kelkea, Inc., a California Corporation, announced that on July 1, 2004, it purchased substantially all of the assets of Mail Abuse Prevention Systems LLC, including the MAPS family of products, and that the employees of MAPS will join Kelkea. Dave Rand, the CEO of Kelkea, was a founder of Mail Abuse Prevention Systems LLC. Kelkea is creating new solutions, as well as continuing the development, sales and support of the MAPS family of industry leading services that stop spam at its source.
