MAPS created the Network Certification program as a natural evolution of the assistance we were already providing our customers and partners. One of the ways we work with them is to help them identify and stop spam at its source and then assist them in developing policies and procedures to ensure their networks continue to be spam free. Our Network Certification program is a way of recognizing the efforts of the members of our Alliance for Spam Free Networks (ASFN) have made to design, manage and maintain a Spam Free network. By operating a Spam Free network, the members are telling their customers, and end-users, that they are committed to delivering the very best service possible.

Upon application for certification as a Spam Free network, prospective members will be assigned an IBI agent who will work closely with them throughout the network certification process. They will review your entire network and identify sources of spam, work with you to clean up your network, and then assist in the development of policies and procedures to maintain a Spam Free network and ensure ongoing compliance.
